When booking your trip, we kindly request a $300 USD deposit per person to secure your seat. Once the deposit is submitted, your spot is reserved. Final payment is due 60 days prior to the trip's start date. Please note that failure to submit payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.

If a minimum of 50% of the seats for the trip are not paid for by 60 days before the trip starts, the trip will be canceled and all deposits and payments will be refunded. The deposit is not refundable for any other situation.

In the event of trip cancellation requested by the traveler, the following charges will apply based on the date we receive written notification of your cancellation request:

  • More than 2 months prior to departure: Loss of deposit
  • Less than 2 months prior to departure: No refund
