Booking Process

Since most of our cultural tours and programs are privately customized, you can book with us at anytime. (Please check Summer Abroad Program as it has a set date )

Booking steps:

1- We will work with you through email/ phone to plan your cultural itinerary or program

2- Once you confirm the quoted tour/program proposal, we will send you a booking form to your email

3- As soon as you return the booking form, you will receive an invoice to your email, within 24 hours, to submit your online payment

4- A booking confirmation email will be sent directly to you, once you submit the payment

Airfare information

Morocco Off the Beaten Track does not arrange airfare within or outside of Morocco for our private cultural tours. All quotes for these tours are for in-country, land-only services. MOBT can help arrange airfare to and from Morocco from the origin country with our educational programs. All information on our website is correct and accurate to the best of our knowledge.

Travel Insurance

Morocco Off the Beaten Track requires that all travelers purchase travel insurance. When you book a trip with us, you automatically agree to these policies. Travel insurance should cover: trip cancellation and interruption, personal injury and accidents, emergency and medical evacuation, medical expenses and repatriation. Morocco Off the Beaten Track has no liability to cover anyone's liability, exit, or medical costs in any situation.

Cancellation

If a participant wishes to cancel a tour/ program, please notify Morocco Off The Beaten Track as soon as possible by email at info@moroccooffthebeatentrack.com . We consider a cancellation received the working business day it arrives to us, not the day you sent it out.

If a participant, family, travel group, or anyone who has reserved with MOBT cancels their trip, there is an automatic loss of the initial deposit in all circumstances. If the trip is canceled within 15 days prior to the trip starting date, the entire cost of the trip is forfeit.
